1. Licence and operator
The Better Lotto 50/50 raffle is operated by Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia at 1540 Lottie Neely Park Rd, Sarnia, N7T 7H4, Canada, under raffle licence RAF1493441 issued by the AGCO. The licence is valid from Aug. 01, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
2. Eligibility
To purchase a ticket, you must be:
- 18 years of age or older;
- Physically located within the licensed jurisdiction at the time of purchase;
- Not a member of the board of Bluewater Gymnastics Club Sarnia directly involved in conducting the draw.
3. Ticket sales
Tickets are sold online through this website. Sales close one (1) hour before each scheduled draw. All sales are final once the order is confirmed. Payment is processed by a PCI-compliant payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
4. Draw method
Each draw is conducted using a random number generator approved under our AGCO licence. The draw takes place at the published date and time, in the presence of an independent witness. The winning ticket number is published on this site within one (1) hour of the draw.
5. Prize claim
The winner is contacted directly using the email and phone number provided at purchase. To claim the prize, the winner must confirm identity with valid government-issued photo ID and the original ticket number. Prizes are paid by cheque or electronic bank transfer within seven (7) business days of completed verification.
6. Unclaimed prizes
If a prize is not claimed within sixty (60) days of the draw, it will be held in trust by the operator and disbursed in accordance with AGCO requirements. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner via the contact details on the ticket.
7. Cancellation and refunds
If a draw is cancelled, full refunds will be issued automatically to the payment method used at purchase, within fourteen (14) business days of the cancellation announcement.

Personal information collected during ticket purchase is used to fulfil the order, contact the winner, and meet regulatory reporting obligations. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
